To cancel a subscription, log into your PayPal account and cancel from the preauthorized payments section. You may cancel a tablet subscription at any time – however no refunds, credits, or prorated charges will be available for partial months. To avoid further charges, you must cancel the subscription before the beginning of the next billing cycle.
Please note: Securus Technologies’ Customer Service Agents cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf. You must cancel your own subscription via your PayPal account.
