You could have two AdvanceConnect prepaid calling accounts that were created with two different phone numbers. Our customer care agent can ‘merge’ the two accounts. If you need help with this call us at 972-734-1111.

How do I find my account number?

After sign in, the ‘My Account’ page displays. The AdvanceConnect account number is listed under the phone number on the AdvanceConnect tile. On the Securus apps after sign in, click ‘Launch’ on the AdvanceConnect row. Your AdvanceConnect account number is listed under your prepaid balance.

There are a few ways to ensure you can always receive calls: Add more funds than you expect to use for the month. Log into Securus Online and click Add Funds Make a payment higher than the minimum amount on the bill. Do not forward calls. Do not attempt to add additional parties to the line.
