Neither you nor your incarcerated loved one owns the tablet. Prior to release, the user will relinquish the tablet to facility staff. Your recurring PayPal subscription will be cancelled automatically.
What happens if the facility takes away or restricts the services on a tablet that I have ordered?
The facility has ultimate control over your loved one’s access to the tablet and its services. No limitation on access will be grounds for whole or partial refunds, credits, compensation, or other consideration of any kind, to you or the user.

How do I update my payment information in PayPal?
You can log into your PayPal account and update payment information under Preapproved Payment Settings. You will need both Primary and Backup funding.
Can I order more than one tablet?
Yes, if you have multiple incarcerated individuals with access to tablets, you may have multiple tablet subscriptions. Each tablet will show up in your PayPal account as an individual listing for that user. Only one subscription per user is permitted.
How do I know when my family member or friend will receive the tablet?
Tablets typically are activated and distributed within 3-5 business days, following confirmation of your tablet order and payment receipt.
Are there any additional fees?
Securus Technologies does not charge any additional or hidden fees with a tablet subscription. There are no activation or early termination fees.
