Securus offers our free Securus Mobile app for iOS and Android devices. From your mobile device you can download the Apple iOS app here. For Android click here to access the Google Play store.
What do I do if the Securus app won’t open?
Make sure you have updated the app to the latest version by going to Google Play or the App store. If the problem continues try uninstalling and re-installing the app.
Does the mobile app need to be updated?
You will be notified if an update is needed for the mobile app.
Does the mobile app allow you to save cards on file as well?
Yes, you can save your credit or debit cards through the mobile app.
