Yes! On our website, once you are on the Securus Text Connect page, click “Balance Alert/Recharge.” Or, on the mobile app, go to the $ menu and select “Balance Alert/Recharge.” From there, check the box next to “Balance Alert” and set your preferred number of Connects for the alert. When your balance falls below that number, you’ll receive an email alerting you of the balance. You can return to the same menu to turn off the alert or to change the number of Connects at any time.
