On our website, once you are on the Securus Text Connect page, click “Balance Alert/Recharge.” Or, on the mobile app, go to the $ menu and select “Balance Alert/Recharge.” From there, switch off “Balance Alert” to disable this feature and stop receiving balance notifications.
