By ordering a tablet, and authorizing the subscription service, you understand and acknowledge that there are no refunds.
You will not get a refund if, for example:
- Incarcerated individual is released prior to the subscription ending
- Incarcerated individual’s tablet breaks, whether by own accord, or by someone else’s doing
- The tablet has been taken or services paused by the facility staff
- Delay in tablet delivery to a facility and/or to the user upon receipt by the facility
- Tablet services are down, be it in all or part of the services
