How do I submit an inquiry for calls/charges I paid for, which I did not accept or authorize?

If you have an inquiry about calls/charges to your account that you did not accept or authorize, please print out the Inquiry form. You will need to complete and ensure you sign and date the form.  

Once the form has been completed, the form can be submitted via our website by attaching the form through

  • Email A Question
    • Go to www.securustech.net
    • Click on customer care (lower section of website)
    • Select Email a question
    • Fill in required information
    • Upload the form
