On our website, once you are on the Securus Text Connect page, click “Balance Alert/Recharge.” Or, on the mobile app, go to the $ menu and select “Balance Alert/Recharge.” From there, find the facility where you would like to turn off Recharge and disable the setting. Once disabled, you will go back through the purchase process described above if you’d like to set up a new Recharge.
