Credit Card refunds for AdvanceConnect prepaid calling accounts are processed as follows:
Securus refunds are applied back to the credit card in 10-12 business days however it may take the financial institution 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear back to the credit card statement.
The refund will be sent back to the same credit card that was used to make the last payment to the account. If the refund is denied by the credit card company where the payment originated, a paper check will be issued to the account holder listed on the Securus account.
You may need to contact your financial institution to confirm when the refund will appear on your credit card statement. The refund may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear.
Note that refunds are only available for AdvanceConnect prepaid calling. Securus Debit, eMessaging, Videograms, Snap n’ Send, Text Connect, Video Connect and subscriptions are not subject to refunds.
