You can block an incarcerated individual from sending messages to you on your EMESSAGING™ account by logging into your account, locate the incarcerated individual in the Inmatessection and check the box next the incarcerated individual you wish to block. A confirmation box will appear click Confirm to add the block.
Once blocked a red check mark should appear next the incarcerated individual’s name.
