Text Connect is available through the Securus website and the Securus Mobile app. To begin using Text Connect, just go to securustech.net or download the free Securus Mobile app on the App Store or Google Play, log in or create a new account, sign up for the service, find your loved one’s name, purchase a package, and start messaging! If you are unable to locate a contact when using Text Connect, the service may not be available at that facility yet. You can check Facilities We Serve to see if Text Connect is available at any location.
