- Photos can be uploaded (must be appropriate), when sending an eMessage.
- Photos do not ‘expire’
- Incarcerated loved ones can view photos on the kiosk for as long as that eMessage is not deleted and that all other eMessages that can be deleted are deleted. Keeping the inbox cleaned up helps the mailbox limit stay under the required limit of 200.
- If the mailbox stays under the maximum limit of 200, any older email and its associated photos will be available.
- If an incarcerated loved one has a tablet, he/she can store the photo(s) on the tablet in the gallery app and keep them without having to keep the email.
- For Family & Friends, photos will be available in their account until the associated message is deleted, and Family & Friends can also store photos on their phone, tablet or computer as needed.
- Photos can be rejected- Each facility has their own policy regarding acceptable message content and photos allowed.
- Each Facility makes the approval and rejection decisions.
- Securus call center agents do not have access to the reason(s) for rejection however, Family and Friends should receive an email pertaining to the rejected message or photo.
