Go to https://securustech.online/#/login and click Forgot Password.
Enter your Securus Online account email and the verification code shown on the screen.
Answer the Security Questions you created when you opened your account.
Enter a new password and enter it again to confirm.
Sign in using your new password.
If you don’t remember the answers to the Security Questions, click Email a New Password.
If the email address you entered is in our system, you will receive an email from us with your new password.
Once you receive the email, use the password provided in the email and sign into your account.
