All Email-related services will be moved, which includes Email/eMessaging, photo attachments, Snap n’ Send, eCards and VideoGrams. Money Transfer will remain available for these individuals through Jpay.com and the JPay mobile apps. Media Funding will move to Securus Debit and will continue funding on Securus Debit account. Some facilities will move JPay Video Connect to Securus Video Connect℠. This does not require the migration link. You will need to create new account through Securus Online and go through the standard approval process.
