Not currently. If the facility of an incarcerated individual that you have emailed on JPay is moved to eMessaging, you will receive an email to the personal address used as your JPay username to alert you to this change.
For you to continue to email those who have been moved over to the new eMessaging, you’ll need to start using the Securus mobile apps or www.securustech.net. The features are virtually the same and we’ll continue to enhance the services to support your communication needs.
