Yes, you can log into your online account and save your credit card information for future use.  

Below are the steps for Securus Online:

Log into your account using your email address and password.

AdvanceConnect™ 

The card agreement is presented and displays the name of the card agreement (i.e., AdvanceConnect™ in this case) and presents the last four digits of the card number and expiration date at the top.  You must click ‘Agree’…

You will see this message if you fail to accept the agreement.

If you accept the agreement, you should see the following.

Update Card – you can update a saved card for AdvanceConnect™ in two places.

While adding funds to AdvanceConnect™ – you will check both ‘Update My Credit Card Information’ and ‘Save Credit card’ to update and replace your card on file.

Note: If you do not click both and only check ‘Update My Credit Card’ the new card will not be saved but can be used for the next single transaction during the session. The existing card saved will remain on file – no new agreement is presented.

In the Credit Card Information tab, the saved card can also be updated. The pencil is clicked to allow new card information to be entered.

Once the card information is entered you must click Save

You may save a card on file for each account you have with Securus using the same card or different cards for each account. 

Securus Video ConnectSM

Save Card – Remote Session– please check ‘Save Credit Card’ under Schedule A Session tab and click Submit.

The card agreement is presented and displays the name of the card agreement Securus Video ConnectSM and presents the last four digits of the card number and expiration date at the top. You must clicks Agree.

Update Card – Remote Session – You can update a saved card for SVC in the ‘Schedule a Session’ tab. Please check ‘Update My Credit Card Information’ and ‘Save Credit Card’ then enters the updated card information to update and replace the card on file, then click ‘Submit’.

You must click ‘Agree’ to update card.

Save card – Unlimited Subscription – You must select ‘Unlimited Video Connect’ in the ‘Schedule a Session’ tab and click ‘Next’.

You must enter billing information and card details and checks ‘Save Credit Card’ and click ‘Submit’.

The card agreement is presented, then you must click ‘Agree’.

You can click ‘View Agreement(s) to view the card agreements that you have accepted on the Credit Card Information’ tab.

eMessaging

Save card – In the ‘Stamps’ tab F&F selects the stamp package, check ‘Save Credit Card’ then click ‘Next’.

You will be presented with the payment summary, then click ‘Submit’.

The card agreement is presented and displays the name of the card agreement (eMessaging) and presents the last four digits of the card number and expiration date at the top. You must click ‘Agree’.

The payment summary is displayed.

Update Card – You can update a saved card in two places in eMessaging

Update card while purchasing eMessaging stamps in the ‘Stamps’ tab.

F&F enters new card information and must check both ‘Update My Credit Card Information’ and ‘Save Credit Card’ to update and save card.  F&F clicks ‘Next’.

Note: If you do not click both and only check ‘Update My Credit Card’ the new card will not be saved but can be used for the stamp package during the session. The existing card saved will remain on file – no new agreement is presented.

You must click “Agree” to accept agreement.

Update card while in “Credit Card Information” section.

You must click on pencil icon to update card information and then click “Save“.
