Family and Friends Accounts
To begin using Securus Video Connect℠, you must ﬁrst create a Securus Online account. Click: here and then select “Sign Up” to create your account and add Securus Video Connect℠. Once your account is created and validated, you will need to request access to the facility where your loved one is incarcerated, that oﬀers Securus Video Connect℠. Once approved by the correctional facility, you can begin scheduling your Securus Video Connect℠ sessions
Create a SecurusOnline account and sign up for Securus Video Connect℠ by clicking here. Register with one or more facilities offering Securus Video ConnectSM. Schedule and pay for your Securus Video Connect℠ sessions and then visit with your client.
International customers will need to call Customer Care at 1-800-844-6591 have an agent set-up your contact information and provided you with Securus Online web access. Once provided, you can log into your online account to set-up the Securus Video ConnectSM account.
Please keep in mind that the account must be funded with US funds (US prepaid credit card, MoneyGram, Western Union).
