Adding funds to your loved one’s Securus Debit account is easy! A Securus Debit account is owned by your incarcerated loved one and can be funded via your direct contributions. It can be used to pay for Securus services such as phone calls, stamps, and tablet media. It is NOT a commissary account.

If you have already added your loved one to your contacts:

  1. Log in to your Securus Online account.
  2. Find Securus Debit on the My Accounts landing page. Click Contact Accounts.
  3. Select your contact to whom you want to send funds, then click Add Funds.
  4. Enter your personal and payment information, select a deposit amount, and review your payment details. When completed, click Next.

 

If you have not added your loved one to your contacts:

  1. Log in to your Securus Online account.
  2. Find Securus Debit on the My Accounts landing page. Click Find Contact.
  3. Enter your loved one’s name or ID, select the State and Facility, then click Search.
  4. Locate your loved one from the search results and click Add Contact. This adds your loved one to your contacts and allows you to deposit funds directly into their Securus Debit account.
  5. After adding your loved one to your account, enter your personal and payment information, select a deposit amount, and review your payment details. When completed, click Next.
