No, your individual will receive a tablet at no cost to you or them once once tablets become available at their unit.

If using eMessaging they will go back to the incoming only printed message process until they are moved to a facility with tablets or receive a tablet at the site.  You will also need to go back to using JPay.com or the JPay apps to send messages until they have a tablet again.

The broken tablet should be turned in to either a tablet administrator or facility staff

Make sure your connection remains consistent throughout your entire scheduled session including Wi-Fi signal strength.

Cancelling a video session will result in a credit to the your Video Connect account to be used at a later time. There are no refunds for a cancellation.

After sign in, go to the ‘My Sessions’ section, select the session and cancel.

Registration approval may take 24-48 hours depending on the facility.

Securus Video Connect is a way to have visitation sessions remotely, from anywhere you have a strong wi-fi signal on securus.net website or using the Securus apps.

You’ll need to scan a personal photo and a government issued ID when you request access to a facility.

You’ll create a Securus Online account at https://securustech.online/#/login. Add Securus Video Connect℠. Once your account is created and validated, you will need to request access to the facility where your loved one is incarcerated, that offers Video Connect.
