To receive a real-time Securus Inbound Connect™ request, an incarcerated individual needs a SecureView tablet with a subscription with the Securus phone app enabled.
Incarcerated Individuals with access to a shared (Community) tablet which has the Securus Phone app enabled can see request but do not receive a real-time notification.
