What will the Family and Friends see if the incarcerated individual does not accept the Inbound Connect™ in real time?
Does the incarcerated individual have the option to pay for this call, or will the person who initiated the call be the only one allowed to pay for the call?
The incarcerated individual will select whether they wish to pay for the call (debit call) or to have the call paid for by the Family and Friends (collect).
Will the rates for the Inbound Connect™ calls be the same as a normal outbound call?
Call rates remain the same as they would be for calls not triggered through Inbound Connect™
What is an incarcerated individual required to have to be able to receive Inbound Connect™ requests?
To receive a real-time Inbound Connect™ request, an incarcerated individual needs a SecureView tablet with a subscription with the Securus phone app enabled. Incarcerated Individuals with access to a shared (Community) tablet which has the Securus Phone app enabled can see request but do not receive a real-time notification.
What do the Family and Friends need to be able to initiate Inbound Connect™ requests?
To initiate an Inbound ConnectTM Request, Family and Friends must have the following: Securus Online account with AdvanceConnect™ account Must have downloaded the Securus Mobile app Must select one or more incarcerated individuals at a facility that has Inbound Connect™ is enabled.
