Now you can create an online account and make payments and deposits to receive calls, exchange messages, schedule video sessions and fund prepaid calling accounts if you are located outside of the U.S.

If using the Securus apps you’ll need to update to our latest versions. Minimum OS for Apple iOS is 14.0 and for Android is it 8.0.
Any communication service can be purchased online or on our apps using a Mastercard or Visa branded credit or debit card. All transactions are in U.S. currency.
Phone numbers from outside the U.S. can be added to the family and friend AdvanceConnect prepaid calling account authorized number list to be eligible to receive calls. Not all facilities allow calls to international locations; check with your facility to confirm.
Any eligible AdvanceConnect refund will be refunded to the card used to pay for the last transaction. No refund checks will be mailed to an address outside of the U.S.
