When you first set up your Securus eMessaging account, you will locate your inmate and add them to your contact list. If your inmate gets transferred to a site that does not have the new two-way Securus eMessaging available, their name will leave your contact list.  This can also happen if your inmate loses access to their tablet for any reason.  If your inmate’s name leaves your contact list, you may want to let them know the next time you talk with them on the phone.
