A: Due to recent changes in federal regulations covering correctional facility communications, we are ending the service that allows you to pay directly for phone calls from your incarcerated loved ones with a credit/debit card at the time of connection, on May 15, 2025 or shortly thereafter.

Q: How do I pay for calls from my loved one?  

A: So you can continue receiving regular calls from your loved one at facilities that previously offered in-call payments, please set up/fund your AdvanceConnect prepaid account.

A: It’s easy! Just download the Securus Mobile app or visit securustech.online and complete the simple steps to set up/fund your account. You can also call our live 24/7/365 customer care center for assistance and additional funding options. 

Q: How does AdvanceConnect work?  

A: AdvanceConnect is a prepaid calling account used to fund calls from incarcerated individuals. You can add multiple numbers to your AdvanceConnect account – mobile, home, work, etc. – as well as set up account preferences such as balance alerts and autopay. Just download Securus Mobile or sign in to your account at securustech.online, click on AdvanceConnect, then follow the easy instructions to make your funding and account selections.
